Wonders of the Web: Hey It’s Free Review

Do you like free stuff? Do you get overly excited when you receive mail? Do you like trying new products?  Do you love coupons?

If you answered “No” to all of these, then there is no reason that you should be hanging out at a blog with the word “Cheap” in its name.

But if you’re interested in free stuff, coupons, and getting mail, check out HEY! IT'S FREE.

The site is run by Ryan Eubanks (aka Goob), who spends his time compiling and posting freebies, coupons, and deals.  What sets this site apart from others is that Goob does everything he can to make sure each freebie he posts is legitimate…and his odd sense of humor.  So, to sum up:  Goob is a questionably funny man who spends his days searching the internet for anything that says “free sample” and is so ecstatically happy about it that he decides to start a website to vicariously share his excitement with others? Total Geek (which I say proudly)! But the character of the author is not relevant; the point is, the freebies are great!

Many people don’t believe that you can get anything for free, but that’s a total misconception.  One thing Goob began doing a few months ago is taking pictures of his weekly freebie haul, and I occasionally adopt the habit.

You can get plenty of free things online, if you know where to look!  But let Goob do the work for you!  You can find Hey! It’s Free on the web, on facebook, or on twitter. 

There are many other gems on Hey! It’s Free, including a compilation of coupon policies. Goob has also taken the time to put together a huge list of birthday freebies.  Epic lists!

All in all, Hey! It's Free is a great website for anyone who is interested in free stuff.  Easy to navigate, legitimate freebies, and humor all in one tidy website package. Enough said.
