Snow and a Trip

imageTwo nights ago and yesterday, Fargo-Moorhead received their first Christmas gift.  We got bombarded with over a foot of snow in less than 12 hours.  That marked the first snowfall of the season for us, and needless to say a lot of people around here aren’t too happy about it.

I, for one, was really hoping that we wouldn’t get snow until after Thanksgiving.  The reason?  Tonight my family (boyfriend in tow) is driving all the way to Waupan, Wisconsin, to spend the holiday with my brother, sister-in-law, niece, and nephew.  Even though I won’t be driving, I had hoped that we wouldn’t have to drive through snow and ice to get there.

So, since I’ll be gone basically all weekend, spending time with family and whatnot, I can’t promise that I’ll be posting very much.  Just a heads up.

What are all of you doing for the holidays?  Any traveling?  And, have you gotten snow yet (or do you even get snow where you live)?
